The snagging inspection will be carried out before completion of the property, normally in the fortnight preceding completion. This should give the developer plenty of time to address any of the problems before you complete, in some cases if further problems pop up at any time in the first two years of your NHBC, Premier or Zurich warranty, the developer will be responsible for setting it right.
