We've been interested in Gainsborough for a while but up until now we wouldn't have touched it with a ten foot pole because all we've been offered are flats. Over the last year James reckons he's been offered around 200 different flats in the area, all of them overpriced because of the oversupply and overvaluing of new build flats in and around the town centre. Finally one of the developers that offered us flats has come through with these freehold houses at Trinity View. They're a real bargain, in fact they start at £115,000 - you can't even buy a new 2 bed flat here for that!
