Hey guys,

This is perhaps the best advice I ever received! The principle of 'Zig-Zag'!

When the world is shouting 'No' you turn to them and politely scream 'Yes'. When the papers say 'buy' you sell, when they say 'sell' you buy, they say Zig you Zag!

Everyone has an opinion on property, what it's doing, where it's going, where to buy and where interest rates are going. Repossessions are up, arrears are up... It's all very Chicken Little and the sky is falling down.

The point quite simply is this: the wider population is uneducated they will behave like Pavlov's dogs... Ring the bell and they will begin to salivate. In other words, whatever the front page of the newspaper tells them to think, they will believe and without a even thinking about it. If it says buy then they will buy, if it says sell they will sell.

This might be a short blog but it really is that simple!
