Hey guys,

I wanted to welcome the following guys to the sales team -

  • Manny Esezobor - Manny has been interested in property investment for sometime. Previous to YPC he ran his own marketing company.

  • Mark Swaffield - Mark is an Aussie with a british passport. He has just arrived from Barcelona and has previously lived in the UK. He has a lot of experience with property through his mum who owned an Estate Agency back in Australia.

  • Nick Lomax - Nick has worked extensively in property sales prior to YPC selling both UK and US properties.

    We have to also say goodbye to the following team members:

  • Dean Crossley - Dean is leaving the sales team and is setting up in partnership with myself a local Islington Letting Agency.

  • Gary Lewis - Gary leaves us as we have downsized our Spanish property team while the recession hits and sales are slow. Gary has bought a local cafe in Frome and will be running that with his wife.

    • And finally,

  • Chloe Batteson - Chloe leaves us after over 3 years to pursue her passion for design. She's been a valuable member of the team and I wish to thank her for all that she has done for the business.

    • We now have 9 guys in the sales team and we are looking at adding another 3 team members in January once I am back from holidays. I am a great believer that you make your own success regardless of what the papers are saying. I also believe that given the current level of commitment from the government to soften the recession it will see us come out of the recession middle to end of next year. So I am building the business based upon these assumptions.
