- Portfolio Planning and Review – You’ll be working very closely with your dedicated Portfolio Manager and their team who will prepare your portfolio plan, manage the strategy, and review your portfolios performance.
- Property Sourcing – Our Research Analysts and agents hunt down the best deals that meet our strict criteria. Only those that we would buy ourselves will we pass onto you. You'll often find that one of our team will also be buying in the development.
- Solicitors – It is absolutely essential that you use an experienced solicitor whose expertise is with property. We'll use the same solicitors that we use for our own portfolios to help build yours.
- Mortgage Brokers – We've got access to every lender in the market. Our finance partners at Guardian Home Loans are specialists in wealth creation and since they're right next door it's a seamless process..
- Furniture Packages – When required we work with professionals that will install the furniture, hang paintings and take away the packaging leaving your property ready to rent.
- Window Dressings – Blinds or curtains are usually all you need to put in to our properties. We'll organise the quote and installation of these usually a week after settlement.
- Renting Your Property – We use one of our preferred local real estate agents and negotiate discounts for full management services on your property. This is important so you donŐt get any late night or weekend calls.
- Assured Shorthold Tenancies – You will always have the option of removing the worry of finding tenants and collecting rents with our Assured Shorthold Tenancies Agreements that come into effect from completion day.
- Independent Quality Inspections – We'll organise a professional inspection upon settlement of every newly built property you buy through us. They'll go through and ensure the developer has met all of his commitments. They compile a full list of any problems and get them sorted.
