Ezytrac software
Running a portfolio of properties is relatively easy when you have one or two properties but once you have more than this you will need a bit of assistance to track rents, ground rents, service charges, tenancy expirations and mortgage payments. That's why as part of our commitment to you we have developed Ezytrac Portfolio Management Software.
This is a web based solution that we allow you to track all of the basics. It not only tracks your property you have bought through Your Property Club but also any property you have in your portfolio.
The second part of the software is a little more advanced and we don't normally recommend you worry about this until you have more than 2 or 3 properties, you have better things to spend your time on. It's actually a system that Brett Wood has put together years ago and has developed it over time.
